The emphasis for this magazine was to apply our current typographical knowledge to an editorial design. The content for the magazine was our choice. I focused on film, specifically horror films, and how Italian horror films from the 1960s and 1970s played a critical role in American horror. The magazine provides an overview of the Italian film genre known as Giallo and how it connects with the American slasher films that dominated the early 1980s.
